Sizzle & Scrape is an independent publication operated by Selena Hann, covering flat-top griddles and related equipment and technique. It is editorial content, published for general information.
3. What the content is based on — and is not
Recommendations here are based on manufacturer and retailer published specifications and reported owner experience, not on hands-on testing. We do not operate a test kitchen and we do not claim to. Our full method and its limits.
Specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of writing and are linked to their source on every page. Manufacturers revise products without notice, and retailers sometimes publish conflicting figures — we flag conflicts where we find them. Always verify the specification on the listing you are actually buying.
Scores on this site are editorial opinion derived from published specifications. They are not measurements and not test results.

This site publishes no prices. Every price slot links to the retailer, where the current price is authoritative. We make no representation about what anything costs.
